Reading Rants
An amazing book blog, full of reviews of recommended titles. It is created for teens who are looking for a good read, but don’t know if there’s anything out there past Judy Bloom and Lemony Snickett. It doesn’t shy away from more serious novels or wrap teenagers in cotton wool. It’s honest and beautiful.

Sophie Lit (French)
SophieLit is an extensive, good quality resource. It has great resources for francophone teens and French Immersion students who are looking for their next French read! Under the suggestions tab, they’ve put seasonal suggestions on a subway map graphic - cool idea! There are a couple of great student project ideas as well as about 30 extracts of teen novels read aloud by the authors. It’s searchable, you can limit by target age group or genre, and there are reading lists for all readers.
